To get what you want, you first have to know what you want

“I’m going to do what I want to do. I’m going to be who I really am. I’m going to figure out what that is.” – Emma Watson

The first thing you have to do is to be clear about exactly what you want from life.

Most people go around complaining that life isn’t giving them what they want, and when you ask them what it is they want, they give you a vague answer or stare blankly into space.

In order for you to get what you want, you first have to know what you want. It may sound simple, but many people still don’t know.

See, don’t be afraid to dream. You’ve probably been told that you can’t go after your dreams and you can’t live the life that you desire; (smile) many said that to me.

Believe me, this advice comes from people that have given up on life.

Those are not the people you should listen to. Dream and go after your dreams. You can do it, but you have to make the decision to start.

Once you become clear on what you want, you’ll start to notice changes in your, things related to your dream interest you easily.

From my experience, you may not always see exactly where you’re going, and that’s okay. But as you take the first step the path becomes deeper and clearer even beyond what you initially planned.

You just need to take the first step.

Remember to keep dreaming, keep aiming and never give up.

Happy weekend!
