The Supreme Court has void the elections of all the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State during the 2019 general elections.
The five-member panel of justices, in a unanimous judgment on Friday, held that the party in the state failed to conduct primaries in accordance with the party rules.
The Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, declared the first runners-up in the 2019 general elections in the state as the winners of all the posts earlier declared to have been won by the APC and their candidates.
