T.R.J Company Limited (TCL) is a financial Institution focused on portfolio and investment management, our services include investment opportunities, lending funds to reputable organizations as well as business owners who are willing to provide security, and we also provide financial security as a trustee (in other words trust fund) to the respective beneficiary on behalf of our clients. TCL is currently in search for a lead business developer who is capable of energizing, engaging and motivating colleagues to go the extra mile. Our lead business developer should be able to think strategically in order to elevate him/herself and also the company to greater heights, having a vision of where you want to be and what you and the team would need in order to achieve the vision. Our Lead business developer should be able to take note of what the team and its members lack and how to overcome the flaw. TCL requires and expects our team lead business developer to lead by example, as the name defines it. To be able to influence the team and bring out the best in their performance, because their performance is your performance. Our Lead business developer should be capable of delegating duties whilst working with the knowledge of the team personality types, their individual performance and together as a team, this goes in line with proper organizational skills which is required so that tasks are achieved on time and priority of task are understood. TCL are partners of the sociaLiga, Vanir Capital and AIICO. TCL is a fast-growing company with great employees as well as employers, Good working hours (9am-4pm) and a great working space.

TCL is located at 1B olabanji Olajide street, Marwa, Lekki phase 1.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Utilize empowerment, trust and other strategies to develop and motivate team members
  • Create a reward system to excite team members and make them do their best.
  • Supervise projects and report on its feasibility.
  • Teach and train team members on various marketing strategies.
  • Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally.
  • Track KPI’s of Marketing campaigns.

Create multiple marketing strategies with profit end goals.
