In the ongoing Osun State rerun election, Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party candidate has said, this is not democracy because the PDP supporters were been harassed and denied access to vote.

The previous vote count shows a close margin between the Peoples Democratic Party candidate and the All Progressives Congress candidate with three hundred plus (300+) votes count, as the PDP candidate Senator Ademola Adeleke was leading. However, the election result was pronounced “Inconclusive”, for the reason that the void and cancelled votes were more than the margin.
Many talks and arguments has been raised to interpret what the constition says about winning an election, the vote margin and what makes a candidate to win an election.
