Stress is a mental imbalance of the human body system. It’s also the reactions of external forces causing emotional pressure on the human body, this result to the malfunctioning of the human brain.

Stress has been an often situation with humans, and different measures are applied to manage the situation. Many practical stress management tips are available, some for the health professionals and others for self-help, which may help an individual reduce their levels of stress, to provide positive feelings of control over one’s life and promote general well-being.
